Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areas.
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Upper-intermediate to advanced level of English.
Advanced Excel and the ability to work with data and indicators.

At Grupo Rodilla, logistics is key to ensuring every restaurant functions perfectly. We are looking to hire a Logistics Technician who wants to be part of a dynamic team, where planning, coordination, and the ability to anticipate needs make the difference in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant network.

What you'll do

To guarantee the efficient supply of products and materials to our restaurants, coordinating suppliers, logistics operators, and internal teams to ensure operational continuity, optimize resources, and respond to business needs.

Manage procurement and stock control, ensuring the availability of products and materials in our restaurants.
Coordinate supplies for daily operations, new openings, and corporate events.
Plan the logistical needs for commercial campaigns, promotions, and special actions.
Resolve operational incidents and anticipate potential supply problems.
Analyze logistical indicators and identify opportunities for improvement in costs, times, and efficiency.
Work in a team with Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to guarantee effective coordination between the different areas.
Drive continuous improvement of logistical processes to provide the best service to our restaurants.

How you'll work

On-site work at our corporate offices.
Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 18:30 h and Friday from 09:00 to 15:00 h.
