What we're looking for

Experience: 3-4 years in logistics technician or Supply Chain back-office positions, preferably in the industrial sector.

ERP: Demonstrable experience working with SAP, SAP S/4HANA desirable.

Languages: Advanced English level (minimum a real B2)

What you'll get

Salary Range: €30,000 - €32,000 Gross/Year + Benefits (€136/month Restaurant Voucher, subject to confirmation).

The role

What you'll do

Exhaustive control of inventory levels (equipment, accessories/spares, and piping/fittings) in an external warehouse.

Issuance of delivery notes and supervision of material outflows according to the Project Managers' scheduling.

Proactive monitoring of direct truck transport from Austria to the facilities, managing logistical incidents with field technicians.

Audit and review of the monthly invoicing issued by the warehouse/transport provider.

Occasional coordination of special transports (e.g., shipments to the Canary Islands with specific freight forwarders).

Weekly photographic report of the warehouse status to the Project Management.

How you'll work

Location: Residence in the North zone of Madrid

Own car desirable

Contract: initial temporary (long-term IT substitution) with a high probability of permanent employment (minimum 6 months for the initial project).

Schedule: Flexible. M-Th from 08:00 to 17:00 or from 09:00 to 18:00. F from 08:00 to 14:00 or from 09:00 to 15:00.
