Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle (formerly FP1) or equivalent, in electronics and/or electricity.
  • Knowledge of installation and maintenance of fire protection systems: analog and conventional detection, fire hose reel (BIE) networks and sprinklers, pressure groups, automatic gas extinction, etc.
  • Knowledge of current national regulations (RIPCI, CTE, RSCIEI, UNE standards, etc.).
  • Accrediting certificate of qualification as a fire protection installations operator.
  • 20-hour course or 6-hour "Second Cycle" (trades) course in one of these areas: Installations, Repairs, Assembly, Metal Structures, Locksmithing and Metal Carpentry, or Low Voltage Electricity.
  • 60-hour course of "Basic Level of Prevention in Construction and Metal".
  • Training for work at height.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Good customer service skills.

Nice to have

We will value: knowledge of systems from manufacturers such as Notifier, Aguilera, or Siemens.

The role

At Grupo Secoex, we are looking for a person with technical training, experience in fire protection, and a desire to grow professionally in our Ciudad Real branch.

You will be responsible for installing and maintaining fire protection systems for our clients and will be a technical reference in the area. This is an opportunity to join a project in full expansion with the backing of a consolidated business group.

What you'll do

  • Install and commission fire protection systems.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of installations, according to current regulations.
  • Inspect detection systems, fire hose reel (BIE) networks and sprinklers, pressure groups, and automatic extinction systems.
  • Attend to customers at the installations and provide technical support.
