Production Deputy Manager (Security Area)

• University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Business Sciences, Law, or equivalent studies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, performing functions related to operational management, service planning, and team coordination.

• Official certification as Security Chief.
• Official certification as Security Director.
• Previous experience in equivalent responsibility positions within the private security sector.

Under the supervision of Management and the Security Directorate, the Production Deputy Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and controlling the operational processes related to personnel management, service planning, rosters, breaks, vacations, and the quality of the services provided. Likewise, they will ensure the profitability of operations and the optimization of the company's production processes.

• Coordinate and supervise, together with the Security Management, the planning and management of operational personnel.
• Analyze the productivity of services, clients, operational personnel, and organizational structure.
• Define and apply methods for control, monitoring, and statistical analysis of security operational processes.
• Coordinate the subrogation processes derived from the onboarding and departure of operational personnel.
• Participate in the implementation and launch of new services.
• Evaluate the quality of services and operational processes, guaranteeing compliance with the standards established by the company.
• Coordinate with the Customer Service department and other transversal areas aspects related to costs, profitability, and service operations.
• Manage complaints and incidents raised by clients.
• Supervise compliance with the requirements established by Quality Management systems, Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), and current regulations regarding Private Security.
• Prepare and present quality and productivity reports and indicators to the Business Area Management.
• Coordinate with the legal department the implementation of corrective actions derived from internal and external audits.
