Fire Protection Engineer

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technical Engineering (mechanical, electrical, or electronic), or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fire protection, in technical-commercial, technical office, or project execution roles.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations: RIPCI, CTE DB-SI, RSCIEI, and reference UNE standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and the Office suite at an advanced user level.
• Negotiation skills, results orientation, and autonomy in portfolio management.
• B driving license and availability for travel within the assigned area.

• Knowledge of NFPA standards.
• Own client portfolio in the Valencian Community.
• Experience in public tenders and multi-year maintenance contracts.
• Complementary training in OSH (PRL) and experience working with CRM.
• Residence in Valencia.

At Grupo Secoex, we are looking for a Commercial Delegate Engineer for the Fire Protection area in our Valencia delegation.

We are looking for a hybrid profile, both technical and commercial: a person capable of detecting the client's needs, designing the solution, and defending it technically, accompanying the project from the first visit to commissioning. You will be the reference for the PCI area in the Valencian Community, with the support of the technical office and the rest of the group's areas (security systems, surveillance, CRA, renewables) to offer integral solutions.

• Business development and acquisition of new PCI clients in the Levante area: industry, logistics, retail, healthcare, hospitality, public administration, and heritage.
• Technical site visits, data collection, and needs analysis in accordance with regulations.
• Preparation of technical-economic offers: measurements, calculation, equipment selection, and budgeting.
• Design and dimensioning of detection systems, automatic extinction (water, gases, foam), fire hose reels (BIEs), hydrants, sprinklers, water supplies, and smoke control systems.
• Preparation of documentation for public tenders and private competitions.
• Commercial follow-up of the existing portfolio and the delegation's maintenance contracts.
• Coordination with the installation and maintenance team to ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and project margin.
• Activity reporting and sales forecasting to the area management.
