What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Transport Project Manager (M/F) to join our IT team. In your day-to-day role, you will focus on optimizing transport processes and coordinating TMS solutions to ensure operations run efficiently and traceably. Additionally, you will work hand-in-hand with IT and Operations to translate business needs into technological improvements that drive service quality and system evolution.

What will your duties be?

We are looking for a Transport Project Manager (M/F) with experience in team management and solid knowledge of transport processes to join our IT department. The selected person will be key to the evolution of our systems, process optimization, and the coordination of strategic projects.

What will you do with us:

• Lead TMS teams and coordinate technical and functional activities within the TMS environment.
• Analyze and optimize business processes related to road transport.
• Implement and manage TMS solutions, bringing technical and functional expertise to the team.
• Evaluate and translate internal and external client requirements into effective technological solutions.
• Manage the traceability of transport and goods, ensuring compliance with requirements for their implementation.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and IT teams in monitoring and evolving projects.
• Identify new technologies that improve efficiency and area processes.
• Participate in quotations for new solutions, for both new and existing clients.
• Apply Business Intelligence tools to improve decision-making.
• Stay up to date on technological trends in the sector: AI applied to transport, real-time traceability, control towers, etc.

• Solid knowledge of Transport and TMS
• Knowledge of SAP4/Hana will be valued, as will experience in SAP functional environments (FI/CO, MM, SD, or others).
• Experience in road transport processes; knowledge of air and maritime transport will be valued.
• Ability to translate requirements into technological solutions.
• Experience in tracking of transportation and goods.
• Ability to ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Experience collaborating with Project Managers and IT teams.
• Knowledge of new technologies applicable to the sector.
• Experience with BI tools.
• Upper-intermediate level of English, with the ability to participate in meetings.
