We are looking for a Mechanic to join our fleet maintenance team at the port of Algeciras (Cádiz) providing support for port operations and the maintenance of our fleet and trailers.

This is a position with a high degree of autonomy, where you will be part of a strategic project to guarantee the availability and correct functioning of the equipment operating in the port environment.

• Perform repair tasks on trucks/tractor units.
• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks/tractor units.
• Correctly complete the work reports.
• Estimation and selection of material resources and spare parts.
• Verify and test the vehicles once repairs are finished to confirm their operation.
• Make correct use of equipment, materials, and tools.
• Keep the equipment and the workplace clean and in order.
• Make a responsible use / consumption of raw materials and spare parts.

• Experience working in logistics, port, or transport environments is valued.

• Knowledge of welding (MIG).
• Knowledge of electricity.
• C+E driving license.
• Valid CAP (Certificate of Professional Competence).
