• Customer invoicing
• Purchase requests in Navision
• Productivity KPIs
• Customer quotations
• Employee clock-in control
• Control and requesting of temporary agency staff
• Review of temporary agency invoices
• Management of access credentials for people and vehicles
• Organize and maintain employee records
• Update internal databases (register absences, vacations, sick leave)
• Digitizing documents

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our Administration team at our operations located at Zaragoza Airport

• Intermediate Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative position.
• Proficiency in computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer orientation and teamwork.

• Knowledge of Navision
• Proactive and resourceful person.
• Customer orientation, both internal and external, and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
