• At least 1 year of experience in building construction works as an Execution Director, technical assistance to site supervision, or site manager (verifiable)
• User level in office tools
• User level in Presto
• User level in CAD
• Valid Type B driver's license in Spain
• Registered with the Official College of Quantity Surveyors and Technical Architects
• From 1 year to 5 years of experience in execution management in building works, both public and private (verifiable)
• From 1 year to 5 years of experience in site management in building works, both public and private (verifiable)
• From 1 year to 5 years of experience in execution management, technical assistance to site supervision, and/or site management in public building renovation works (verifiable)

• Additional and verifiable training in BIM (Building Information Modeling)
• Basic level of construction prevention (60 hours)
• Additional and verifiable training in renovation (of at least 60 hours)

• Technical Architecture, Degree in Technical Architecture or Degree in Building Engineering (MECES level 2). Degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities.

Technical Architect or Graduate in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering - Site Supervision (A Coruña)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire a Technical Architect or Graduate in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering to provide support in site supervision works.

As the previous call went unfilled, the period is being extended from 06/10/2026 until 15/10/2026 at 23:59 (peninsular time).

• Perform the review and economic closing of executed works, checking final certifications, actually executed measurements, contradictory items, work modifications, and supporting documentation, in order to validate the contractor's final settlement and detect possible economic deviations.
• Collaborate in the preparation of the project's technical documentation, especially in the definition of measurements and budgets, review of items, quantification of work units, and support in the preparation of economic and technical documentation for tendering and execution.
• Assumption of the functions proper to the Site Execution Management, directing the material execution and carrying out the qualitative and quantitative control of the construction and the quality of the built structure. Among other tasks, it includes checking layouts, materials, correct execution and arrangement of construction elements and installations, in accordance with the project and the instructions of the Site Management, as well as recording instructions in the Order and Attendance Log and signing the corresponding official documentation.
• Organization, control, and filing of all technical and administrative documentation of the work, including licenses, minutes, certificates, tests, quality controls, supplier and industrial documentation, certifications, project modifications, Order Log, final work documentation, and collection of the documentation necessary for its delivery to the developer and closing of the file. The LOE attributes documentary functions to the Execution Director, such as recording instructions in the Order Log and signing the layout minutes and the final work certificate.
• Draft complementary reports of the actions performed and/or incidents detected

• We offer:
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 9 months in total, if applicable.
  - The possibility of an internship contract will be valued depending on the applications received. Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months with the possibility of extension for another 6 months, if applicable. In the event that an internship/training contract is formalized, the degree provided by the candidate must be related to the tasks of the offered position, performing activities proper to the degree to which their internship contract is linked, allowing them to obtain professional practice suitable to the level of studies completed.
