Site Manager with experience in renovations, rehabilitations, and new builds. The types of works I would manage are: supermarkets, housing, commercial premises, gyms..
What you'll do
• Planning the entry of each subcontractor onto the site
• Daily monitoring of works with the site foreman
• Monthly certification of works with the client, cost and production control.
• Preparation of proforma delivery notes to subcontractors, monthly certifications, approval of
invoices
• Control of planning, milestones.
• Weekly site meetings, control of constraints.
• Compliance with OHS regulations
• Completing the subcontracting logbook
• Relationship with the client and site management
• Handover of the works, generation of documentation.
• Economic closing with clients and contractors
• Monthly cost/production control.
• Preparation of additional budgets.
• Temporal planning of the works.
• Site visits.
• Preparation of the necessary reports for monitoring.
• Coordination with purchasing and logistics of the resources necessary on site.
• Coordination of site access with OHS
How you'll work
Schedule: Monday to Thursday split shift and Friday mornings (flexible)
Contract: permanent
salary: 38.000 €/y/annual
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture + 60h OHS course
- Own vehicle
- AutoCAD
- . 5 years of experience (approx) as a Site Manager in new builds, renovation, and rehabilitation in a pure construction company (not a developer-builder, nor architecture studios, nor engineering firms)
