• At least 3 years of experience with an employment contract as a Technical Architect.
• At least 6 months of experience with an employment contract performing Construction Supervision of building works.
• Driving license B (valid in Spain and in force).
• From 2 years to 5 years of experience in drafting projects for the conditioning, renovation, or rehabilitation of non-residential buildings (experience with an employment contract in the last 10 years). (This will be verified during the technical assessment).
• From 1 year to 5 years performing functions as a Technical Architect in the drafting of projects to improve the energy efficiency of public buildings (experience with an employment contract in the last 10 years). (This will be verified during the technical assessment).
• From 6 months to 3 years of experience in/for public companies/organizations performing functions as a Technical Architect (experience with an employment contract).

• BIM training of at least 25 hours (received in the last 5 years).
• From 6 months to 3 years of experience with an employment contract in the last 10 years performing Construction Supervision of public buildings. (This will be verified during the technical assessment).
• Availability for immediate start (less than 7 days).

• Possess a degree in Technical Architecture or a Degree in Building Engineering or a Degree in Building or a Degree in Technical Architecture that enables the profession (MECES level 2) (degree recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

Technical Architect for Construction Supervision (Madrid)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Technical Architect to perform Construction Supervision for building works in the Community of Madrid.

• As regulated by legislation: Law 38/1999 on Building Management; article 12, the selected person will be the agent who, as part of the technical management team, will perform the following functions: - Direct the development of the works in technical, aesthetic, urban planning, and environmental aspects, in accordance with the project that defines them, the building permit and other mandatory authorizations, and the contract conditions, in order to ensure their adequacy to the proposed purpose. - They may direct the works of partial projects carried out by other technicians.
• Likewise, in accordance with Royal Decree 1627/1997, of October 24, which establishes minimum health and safety provisions in construction works, articles 8 and 9, the selected person will be the agent who, as part of the Health and Safety Coordination, will perform the functions inherent to it in building works.
• Collaborate in the development of basic and execution projects modeled in BIM (Building Information Modeling) (preparation of budgets, documentation related to Health and Safety, Waste management, Specifications, etc.).

  - A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 9 months or a replacement contract to temporarily cover 1 Middle Technician position in the Engineering and Building Management of Tragsatec until the Tasa selection process for its definitive coverage is completed. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person.
  - Full-time.
