Construction Foreman - Damage Reconstruction Works

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. • Valid Type B driver's license in Spain (it is necessary to attach a supporting copy that allows for the verification and accreditation of the driver's license)
• Previous experience of at least 3 years practicing their profession in companies within the construction sector. Experience with an employment contract (It is necessary to attach a "Vida laboral" record to verify and certify said experience).

• Hold a 60/50-hour PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) course qualifying as a Preventive Resource to allow the exercise of basic-level functions. (To certify this merit, a supporting copy must be attached to the application).
• Previous experience of between 6 months and 3 years in site works (Building / Works Maintenance). Experience with an employment contract (It is necessary to attach a "Vida laboral" record to verify and certify said experience).
• Previous experience of between 6 months and 2 years of site works in the public sector. Experience with an employment contract (It is necessary to attach a "Vida laboral" record to verify and certify said experience).

• Hold a High School Diploma (Bachiller/BUP/COU) or Vocational Training qualification (FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS) (qualification officially recognized in Spain).

Foreman - MENRRED Damage Reconstruction Works Municipalities (Province of Valencia)

• Organize and schedule the works to be carried out with the supervisor, being responsible for the progress of the works, and immediately report any anomaly that arises.
• Interpret plans, perform measurements and setting out.
• Control the performance of machinery and site personnel, as well as complete and sign off the necessary reports regarding personnel and machinery.
• Train their team in the tasks to be performed.
• Comply with and ensure compliance with regulations regarding safety, quality, and site signage, being responsible for informing newly hired personnel about the use of personal protective equipment and the safety measures applicable on the worksite.
• Verify that correct material storage and cleaning tasks are being carried out.
• Coordinate personnel and machinery across the different active work areas.
• Observance of occupational risk prevention measures on site.

• OFFERED:
  
  A fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 6 months is offered, with the possibility of extension up to a maximum of 12 months in total, if applicable.
  
  - Full-time working day: 37.5 hours/week.
