• Academic and/or professional experience in land transport (urban mobility plans, passenger and/or freight transport plans, technical-administrative management, quality and/or safety procedures, and/or regulations)
• Academic and/or professional experience in/for public bodies and/or entities

• Hold a Bachelor's / Technical Engineering degree + Official Master's in Civil Engineering (Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos) (MECES 3) (Degree officially recognized in Spain or a certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
• Verifiable training in logistics and/or transport of at least 20 hours

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 Civil Engineer to provide support in the functional planning of transport in the Community of Madrid

• Perform passenger and/or freight demand studies
• Collaborate in the preparation and management of railway activity plans and programs
• Collaborate in the definition of investments, analyzing their financial and socio-economic viability
• Participate in the preparation of railway functional studies
• Participate in working groups related to demand, viability, and railway operation studies
