- Valid Type B driver's license in Spain

What you'll do
- Microbiological analysis of wines via membrane filtration
- Analysis and identification of Brettanomyces in wine and lactic acid bacteria producing biogenic amines by qPCR
- Analysis of allergens in wines via immunoenzymatic methods (ELISA)
- Identification of yeasts via molecular techniques (RFLP) and microbial identification via sequencing (GenBank, EMBL, NCBI databases)
- Compliance and execution of actions related to the quality system implemented at the Haro Enological Station
