• Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher Degree in Vocational Training (CFGS) in the administrative branch (degree officially recognized in Spain) or experience (with employment contract, academic, or both) as an administrative assistant for at least 6 months.
• Training course of at least 40 hours in office tools
• Galician Level: B2
• From 6 months to 5 years of experience in telephone assistance (with employment contract, academic, or both)
• From 6 months to 5 years of experience in jobs using office tools (Excel, Word, Access, etc.) (with employment contract, academic, or both)

Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in performing engineering, consulting, and technical assistance activities in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, is looking to hire 1 2nd Class Administrative Assistant to carry out a replacement in an emergency service in Santiago de Compostela.

• Telephone assistance and call forwarding
• Filing of documentation

• Availability to work in morning shifts (08:00 to 16:00), afternoon shifts (16:00 to 24:00), and night shifts (00:00 to 8:00), including weekends
• We offer:
  - Fixed-term contract for replacement with an estimated duration of 3 months, depending on the underlying cause.
  - Full-time.
