Specialist Technician for Identification and Formulation of New Programs in LAC, Africa and Asia within the FCAS (Madrid)

• Possibility to travel at least 25% of the time
• Experience with an employment contract of up to 10 years or more in support of the management of drinking water and sanitation projects
• From 2 years to 5 years of experience in the design of drinking water and sanitation systems (experience with an employment contract)
• From 6 years to 8 years of experience in the supervision of drinking water and sanitation projects (experience with an employment contract)
• From 1 year to 5 years of experience in support of the identification and formulation of cooperation projects (experience with an employment contract)

• Training in International Development Cooperation and/or Cooperation in Water and Sanitation projects

• Hold a degree in Technical Architecture or a Degree in Building Engineering or a Degree in Building or a Degree in Technical Architecture or a Degree in Architectural Fundamentals or Architecture or a Degree in Architecture or a Degree + Official Master's in Architecture or Technical Engineering or a Degree in Engineering or Engineering or Technical Engineering/Degree in Engineering + Official Master's in Engineering or a Degree or Licentiate or Degree + Official Master's in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biology, Food Science and Technology (MECES level 2 and 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities).

• English Level: B1

• We offer:
  - Fixed-term contract with an estimated duration of 7 months for the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience plan or with funding coming from European Union Funds
  - Full-time.

• Provide technical support to the WCF (Water and Sanitation Cooperation Fund) projects and programs
• Participate in the identification and formulation of programs, ensuring their Sustainability
• Strengthen the capacity to support the coordination of the Beneficiaries of the Water and Sanitation programs
• Identify water and sanitation needs in countries in LAC, Africa, and Asia
• Analyze weaknesses and promote actions that contribute to the human Right to Water and Sanitation
