• Valid Type B driver's license in Spain
• Course and/or Training in Presto (attach certificate during registration)

• Course and/or Training in occupational risk prevention (minimum 300 hours PRL) (attach certificate during registration)
• Course and/or Training in building modeling and Revit systems (attach certificate during registration)
• Course and/or Training in programs such as Lumion, Indesin, AutoCAD 3D or similar (attach certificate during registration)
• Experience with an employment and/or academic contract of at least 1 year in a role related to their degree in the Public Sector
• Experience with an employment and/or academic contract of at least 1 year in a role related to their degree in the Private Sector

• You possess a University Degree (MECES Level 2 or 3) in Architecture or Technical Architecture or a Degree in Architecture/Building or Degree+Official Master's in Architecture (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in works related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 1 University Degree holder in Architecture - Construction Support (Castellón) in Castelló/Castellón. • Functions and tasks specific to their technical knowledge and the competence of the degree
• Manage resource allocation, distribution of workloads, and monitoring of construction execution
• Organize and schedule the works to be carried out with the site manager and foreman
• Support the site manager in monitoring personnel performance
• Support the site manager in compliance with regulations regarding safety, quality, and construction signage
• Perform construction measurements, approve different expense items, and prepare client invoicing
• Collaborate with the site manager in the programming of actions, preparation of budgets, and site layouts
• Maintain technical and commercial relationships with clients and suppliers of the works under their responsibility

• WE OFFER:
  - Fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in the current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person/s.
