Quality Manager

• Training in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Pharmacy or similar. A master's degree in quality management or food safety is valued.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a quality manager in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or food industry, handling customer and certification audits (IFS HPC) and leading quality and laboratory teams.

• Training in IFS HPC, ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (cosmetic GMP), ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, as well as in Product Defense management and implementation. Training as an internal auditor and high-level English (B2-C1) are valued.

• Define and supervise the quality plan, assign the execution of the control plan for raw materials, in-process product, and finished product, and verify compliance with their specifications.

• Responsible for IFS HPC, handle customer audits, health inspections, and certification audits, implement resulting improvement actions, and act as the qualified person before the AEMPS.

• Lead the HACCP system and its team, manage Product Defense, drive the product safety culture plan, and train personnel in GMPs.

• Analyze deviations, follow up on non-conformities and their corrective actions, evaluate suppliers, and lead the Plant Crisis Committee in the event of any product incident.

• Propose and control the budget, ensure production indicators (shrinkage, OEE, KPI, accident rate) are met, and direct and develop your team by fostering a good working environment.
