Requirements
What we're looking for
- Technical training: Degree/Engineering in Food Science and Technology, Agronomy, Chemistry, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience: Previous experience in responsibility positions in food quality and team management.
- Regulatory mastery: Solid knowledge of IFS, FDA, and Global GAP/GRASP, as well as passing audits.
- Mobility and availability: Own vehicle (to access the center in Picassent) and availability for immediate start.

- Valuable: High level of English and proficiency in Navision ERP.

- Coordinate and lead the technical quality team, supervising traceability, labeling, and compliance with CCPs.
- Maintain and lead the food safety system: IFS Food, FDA standard, and Global GAP/GRASP.
- Manage audits, analyze indicators, and propose continuous improvement plans.
- Train staff in good practices and food safety.
