Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher education in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce or similar. A master's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics is valued.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in production planning and procurement within consumer goods or private labels, leading planning, purchasing, or logistics teams.
Proficiency in ERP planning modules (MRP) and advanced Excel, as well as knowledge of GMPs and Product Defense. High level of English (B2-C1) is valued.
Capacity for leadership and team development, analytical vision, and customer and results orientation.

What you'll do

Prepare production and manufacturing plans according to customer demand, schedule production, and lead the S&OP process alongside Sales, Production, and Purchasing.
Perform purchasing forecasting, define the optimal stock level and monitor it, and act as the point of contact with suppliers regarding any incidents.
Verify plant production and customer orders, resolve incidents, and guarantee the service level (OTIF), controlling supply chain indicators (stockouts, coverage, obsolescence).
Propose and control the budget, report information from your area, and direct and develop your team while fostering a good working environment.
