At ySondos, we are looking for a Metal Carpenter to join a company in Gijón dedicated to the manufacture of machinery and industrial equipment.

What do we offer?

• Stable contract.

• Salary according to the metal industry agreement, based on your skills and experience.

• Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 18:30, with flexibility in the afternoon start time.

• Workshop-based work, with no travel to construction sites.

What will your functions be?

• You will manufacture and assemble complete metal furniture in the workshop.

• You will interpret blueprints for the assembly of pieces.

• You will perform TIG and semi-automatic welding on different structures.

• You will adjust, finish, and verify the pieces to ensure final quality.

What is expected of you?

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in metal carpentry or light boilermaking in a workshop.

• Autonomy to assemble complete sets, not just tacking or welding loose pieces.

• Proficiency in TIG and semi-automatic welding.

• Proactive attitude, responsibility, and a desire for stability.
