What you'll get

Stable contract.
Salary according to the metal industry collective agreement, based on your skills and experience.
Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with flexibility for the afternoon entry time.
Workshop work, no travel to construction sites.

The role

Do you have experience in metal carpentry and are you comfortable assembling complete pieces in a workshop? Do you know how to weld with TIG and semi-automatic and are you looking for real stability?

From ySondos we are looking for a Metal Carpenter to join a company in Gijón dedicated to the manufacture of machinery and industrial equipment.

What you'll do

You will manufacture and assemble complete metal furniture in the workshop.
You will interpret blueprints for the assembly of parts.
You will perform TIG and semi-automatic welding on different structures.
You will adjust, finish and verify the parts to ensure final quality.

What do we expect from you?

Previous experience of at least 2 years in metal carpentry or light sheet metal work in a workshop.
Autonomy to assemble complete sets, not just tack or weld individual parts.
Proficiency in TIG and semi-automatic welding.
Proactive attitude, responsibility and a desire for stability.
