The role

At Exlabesa we are looking for a Metal Carpenter (First-Class Tradesperson) to work on-site at our Campaña (Valga) facility, with the following duties:

What you'll do

Manufacturing aluminum windows and doors of various types.
Collaborating with the R&D department in conducting tests and trials of various kinds (AEV, acoustic, safety, impact, etc.) both at our own facilities and at third-party facilities.
Cooperating with the R&D department in identifying improvements in both the development of new products and existing ones.
Providing technical support and training to external and internal clients.
Traveling occasionally for sample assembly and trade fairs, delivering training, and providing support for on-site incidents.
Reporting on the work carried out on a weekly basis.

Minimum requirements

Experience in manufacturing and assembling aluminum carpentry: windows, sliding doors, entrance doors, etc.
Knowledge and experience in operating machinery for manufacturing metal carpentry.
Ability to read blueprints and handle workshop documents: cutting sheets, material lists, assembly drawings, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Residence in the Santiago/Pontevedra influence area.
