The role

Program, organize, implement, and evaluate sociocultural animation interventions that promote the active participation of target individuals and groups, contributing to their personal, social, and recreational development.

What you'll do

Design and promote cultural, social, educational, and recreational activities.
Propose and execute cultural intervention processes.
Connect cultural and educational spheres within the activities.
Coordinate with professionals from different disciplines to plan and carry out interventions.
Enhance the development of residents through play-recreational actions.
Facilitate individual and group dynamics that favor the positive use of free time.
Motivate the active participation of residents.
Record evolution and activity in the corresponding records.
Collaborate in leisure and free time areas.
Perform functions specific to the professional category.
Contribute to the maintenance of the integrated management system and preventive activity.
