What we're looking for

The role

You will be key to the integration and well-being of the residents, helping them adapt to their new home and ensuring they receive the best possible care.

What you'll do

Attend to and accompany residents and their families from day one.
Inform and guide regarding our services, facilitating the admission process.
Prepare and update social reports, ensuring personalized follow-up.
Coordinate with other entities and institutions (City Councils, Hospitals, Health Centers...).
Promote the integration and participation of residents in the life of the center.
Design personalized care plans, working with the multidisciplinary team.
Organize leisure and volunteer activities to improve their well-being.
Conduct satisfaction surveys and support families during difficult moments.
