What we're looking for
- School graduate
- Food handler's license
- Basic cooking knowledge
The role
What you'll do
- Prepare the meals specified in the menus.
- Set up the food carts.
- Monitor food expiration dates and place necessary orders to ensure correct provision.
- Properly use materials, work equipment, and products, as well as personal protective equipment (gloves, masks, etc.).
- Clean machinery and utensils (trays, ovens, fryer, extractors, etc.) and use them correctly.
- Complete all HACCP records and controls corresponding to internal processes (menu preparation, temperature control, receiving orders, etc.).
- In general, perform all those unspecified activities requested of you in accordance with your qualification and profession.
How you'll work
- Holiday cover: November 15th to December 15th
- Schedule:
- 9:00 to 14:00 and 17:30 to 20:30
- Monday to Sunday according to the schedule
