Power Platform & AI Developer

- 3+ years developing and maintaining Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Hands-on experience applying AI capabilities within Power Platform (canvas & model driven apps, C# Dataverse plugins, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Copilot) to real business use cases.
- Experience with software development in Python and an object-oriented language (C#), REST APIs, integrations and cloud services.
- Track record of collaborating with functional profiles and business areas to deliver solutions end to end.

Take over the current Power Platform applications, guarantee their maintenance and continuity, and apply the platform's native AI capabilities (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Copilot in Power Apps) to concrete business use cases. The role also develops AI solutions on other platforms, especially in Python, integrated with our ERP and corporate systems.

This role is part of the IT department and works closely with the AI Solutions Business Partner, business stakeholders and process owners, the data, applications and infrastructure teams, and the external partner. We are looking for someone with a solid development background and strong AI skills who will keep growing as the company matures its roadma

Take technical ownership of Gurit's Power Platform ecosystem and embed AI within it laying the foundation for broader AI development.

- Power Platform ownership & continuity. Take ownership of the current Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) maintenance, evolution, incident resolution and documentation and guarantee service continuity after the transition from the current Power Platform developer (knowledge transfer, app and flow inventory, technical debt).

- AI within Power Platform. Apply AI inside Power Platform using Copilot Studio, AI Builder and Copilot in Power Apps, plus intelligent automation on prioritized business use cases.

- AI-assisted development & delivery. Incorporate AI into development and maintenance using code assistants (Copilot in Power Apps and AI assistants over the C# code) to accelerate delivery, improve quality and reduce the technical debt of the current applications.

- New solutions & integration. Develop new Power Platform solutions following good governance, security and lifecycle (ALM) practices, and integrate them with corporate applications, D365 F&O, databases and APIs.

- AI growth path (mid-long term). Design, develop, test and deploy AI solutions on other platforms, especially in Python; build corporate assistants and AI agents; and explore techniques such as RAG, embeddings, semantic search and document processing, turning validated PoCs into production-ready products.
