AI Solutions Business Partner

- 3 years in proven experience in enterprise technology, digital transformation, AI, or intelligent automation.
- Track record identifying and leading technology projects end-to-end, from use-case definition to production.
- Hands-on experience delivering AI or automation solutions (generative AI, agents, RAG, or intelligent automation).
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and/or Azure AI services.
- Experience integrating solutions with ERP systems (D365 F&O a plus), corporate applications, and data sources.
- Experience acting as a bridge between business and IT - gathering needs and translating them into solutions.
- Experience managing vendors and technology partners.
- Experience in industrial or multinational environments (desirable).
- Experience defining or applying AI governance, security, or compliance practices (desirable).

The AI Transformation and Business Partner drives the adoption of AI, intelligent automation, and AI-based enterprise systems across Gurit. Working within the IT department, this role will bridge business needs and AI capabilities identification and prioritize use cases, designing solutions, and leading their implementation from proof of concept to production in a practical, scalable, and secure way.

Own the company's AI roadmap and business cases, coordinate the AI Developer, internal IT teams, and technology vendors, and ensure every solution meets security, privacy, and compliance standards. Acting as the internal AI reference point, Promote responsible use and drive adoption through training and support across the business.

This role will connect business needs with IT Solutions and AI implementation opportunities, designing solutions, leading their implementation in a practical, scalable, and secure way. This role will act as the internal AI reference point and the link between business areas, IT teams and technology vendors.

Strategy & use cases.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize AI and automation use cases with the business areas.
- Analyze corporate and industrial processes to detect opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Build business cases, defining objectives, expected benefits, costs, risks, and success metrics.
- Evaluate AI technologies, models, platforms, and specialized vendors.

Solution design & delivery
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
- Design enterprise solutions based on generative AI, intelligent agents, and conversational assistants.
- Design RAG architectures to connect AI models with corporate documentation and knowledge.
- Define the integration of AI solutions with the ERP, corporate applications, and other data sources.
- Drive intelligent automation through Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and other frameworks.
- Lead projects from use-case identification and proof of concept through implementation and evolution.
- Coordinate the internal development team, internal IT teams, technology partners, and user areas.
- Oversee planning, budget, dependencies, and outcomes of the initiatives.

Governance & adoption
- Ensure security, privacy, traceability, and regulatory compliance of the solutions.
- Define AI governance principles, responsible-use criteria, and control mechanisms.
- Drive adoption through training, communication, and user support.
- Monitor deployed solutions and prioritize their evolution.
