At GURPEA, we are looking to hire a Service Manager to lead and develop the after-sales and technical service activity for Teknics industrial machinery in Barberà del Vallès.
What you'll do
Lead and develop the Service area, guaranteeing excellent customer service, the correct planning and resolution of technical interventions, and the economic monitoring of services.
Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying machinery improvements, after-sales opportunities, and service and maintenance contracts that allow for the generation of recurring activity.
Depending on the profile of the person hired and the evolution of the organization, an expansion of responsibilities towards the management of the Maintenance area may be considered.
- Lead and supervise Service activity, establishing priorities and ensuring the resolution of incidents.
- Coordinate and support the technical person in charge of the operational management of the area.
- Directly manage the relationship with customers, especially regarding relevant incidents or situations that require decision-making capacity.
- Supervise the planning of assistance and after-sales actions, guaranteeing resources and deadlines.
