Assistant Maintenance Manager at H10 Corregidor

H10 Hotels needs to hire an Assistant Maintenance Manager for our H10 Corregidor hotel in Seville.

The duties to be performed will be:

Complete the corresponding records and ensure proper storage (both paper and digital support)

Ensure the good condition of the hotel facilities, reporting any anomalies immediately if detected.

Collaborate with external services working in the hotel as well as in the training of new colleagues.

Ensure an adequate level of stock, communicating the need to acquire any product. Also, report any anomalies in the department's material (manual tools, electric tools, ladders, etc.).

Ensure the safety of oneself and others in the execution of the work, as well as carrying out tasks with the least possible environmental impact.

Help direct and plan the set of activities in your area.

Qualifiedly and responsibly carry out the control and monitoring of maintenance and auxiliary services tasks.

• Training as a Technician in Maintenance and electrical installations; vocational training of intermediate or higher level.
• Previous experience of at least one year in a similar position in the hospitality sector.
• At least an intermediate level of English.
• Availability for 40 hours per week.

• Knowledge of electricity will be valued.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a 2º Jefe de Mantenimiento en nuestro hotel H10 Corregidor, en Sevilla.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

Cumplimentar los registros correspondientes y se encarga del almacenamiento adecuado (tanto soporte papel como digital)

Preocuparse por el buen estado de las instalaciones del hotel informando inmediatamente en caso de detectar cualquier anomalía.

Colaborar con los servicios externos que trabajan en el hotel así como en la formación de nuevos compañeros.

Velar por mantener un nivel adecuado de stock comunicando la necesidad de adquirir cualquier producto. Así como informar de cualquier anomalía en el material del departamento (herramientas manuales, herramientas eléctricas, escaleras, etc.).

Preocuparse por la seguridad propia y ajena en la ejecución de los trabajos, así como también de ejecutar sus tareas realizando el menor impacto ambiental posible.

Ayudar a dirigir y planificar el conjunto de actividades de su área.

Realizar de forma cualificada y responsable el control y seguimiento de las tareas propias de mantenimiento y servicios auxiliares.

• Formación como Técnico en Mantenimiento e instalaciones eléctricas; formación profesional de grado medio o superior.
• Experiencia previa de al menos un año en posición similar en el sector de la Hostelería.
• Mínimo un nivel medio de inglés.
• Disponivilidad 40h semanales.

• Se valorará tener buenos conocimientos en electricidad.
