What you'll do
- Manage and supervise the dining area, guaranteeing impeccable and personalized service for every client 🍇🍾.
- Coordinate the dining room team to ensure maximum quality and efficiency in service.
- Advise clients on the selection of wines that best complement their gastronomic experience.
- Supervise the correct conservation and presentation of the wine cellar.
- Collaborate closely with the Kitchen department.
