Develop, coordinate, and execute animation and entertainment activities for guests at the adults-only hotel, fostering a playful, safe, and high-quality experience during their stay.
Planning and execution of sports, recreational activities, workshops, shows, and performances.
Organization of and participation in themed events, competitions, water games, and nightly activities.
Direct attention and interaction with guests: informing, motivating, and resolving doubts related to the activities.
Coordination with other departments (reception, F&B, maintenance) to ensure the correct development of activities.
Maintenance of animation materials and equipment, stock control, and requesting replenishments.
Guaranteeing compliance with safety and prevention regulations in all activities.
