What you'll do
The duties of the position include:
- Performing check-in and check-out.
- Customer service and assistance both in person, as well as by telephone or email, and attention and follow-up of special guest requests.
- Management of reservations, modifications and cancellations.
- Follow-up and resolution of incidents.
- Management of payments, invoicing and cash closing when applicable.
- Coordination with the housekeeping, maintenance and catering departments to guarantee correct customer service.
- Updating data in the hotel management system.
- Other tasks inherent to the position.
