Housekeeper at H10 White Suites

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Housekeeper to work at our hotel H10 White Suites, in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

The duties to be carried out will be:

• Carry out, with the required skill, the cleaning and setting-up of rooms and corridors, as well as the arrangement of guests' belongings.
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms and corridors between guest rooms.
• Monitor supplies and guests' products, and report any anomalies in facilities and any lost items to your supervisors.
• Provide direct guest service within the functions of your area.
• Collect your keys.
• Report on the condition of the hotel rooms.
• Stock your service cart.
• Clean rooms and supply what is needed.
• Clean hallways and service areas.
• Ensure rooms are clean and well stocked.
• Take care of guests' belongings.
• Wear the full uniform.

• Previous experience in the position or similar roles will be valued.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Residence in Lanzarote is essential.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Camarero/a de pisos para trabajar en nuestro hotel H10 White Suites, en Playa Blanca, en Lanzarote.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

• Realizar de manera cualificada la limpieza y arreglo de las habitaciones y pasillos, así como del orden de los objetos de los clientes.
• Limpiar y ordenar las habitaciones, baños y pasillos entre las habitaciones de clientes.
• Controlar el material, productos de los clientes y comunicar a sus responsables las anomalías en las instalaciones y los objetos perdidos.
• Realizar la atención directa al cliente en las funciones propias de su área.
• Recoger sus llaves.
• Hacer informe del estado de las habitaciones del hotel.
• Suministrar su carro de servicio.
• Hacer limpieza de habitaciones y suministrar lo necesario.
• Limpieza de pasillos y áreas de servicio.
• Que las habitaciones estén limpias y bien suministradas.
• Cuidar las pertenencias de los huéspedes.
• Uso de uniforme completo.

• Se valorará experiencia previa en el puesto o similares.
• Actitud positiva y ganas de aprender.
• Imprescindible residencia en Lanzarote.
