The role

H10 Hotels needs to hire a person as a Waiter/Waitress for our hotel H10 Rubicón Horizons Collection, in Lanzarote.

What you'll do

The tasks that will be under their responsibility are:

Welcome guests. Receive, greet, seat, and advise customers.
Take orders, distribute, and serve drinks with their accompaniments.
Check and control the stock of goods.
Serve customers in a timely manner according to standards and needs. Remember customers' preferences.
Events: serve, organize, prepare, set up restaurant, room, or other areas as needed.
Manage telephone orders: make reservations according to the systems.
Handle and manage customer complaints professionally.
Qualified, autonomous, and responsible execution of the sale, distribution, and service of food and drinks in the bar, as well as the preparation of cocktails.
