As a Waiter/Waitress, your mission will be to provide quality service to customers, ensuring that their experience is pleasant and satisfying.
What you'll do
- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
- Attend to possible customer requests and incidents and pass them on to their supervisor for correct follow-up
- Execute the food and beverage sales service in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner
- Perform correct and professional service at all times
- Keep the dining room/bar/restaurant clean and tidy
- Knowing the menu cocktails, as well as their ingredients
- Prepare the work areas for service
- To provide direct customer service for the consumption of beverages and meals.
- Collaborate in the preparation and development of special events (if any)
- Billing and collection from the customer
