What you'll do
Cleaning and setting up rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to the hotel's quality standards.
Changing bed linen and towels and restocking amenities.
Checking the condition of the rooms and communicating any issues to the corresponding department.
Maintaining the order and cleanliness of assigned common areas.
Management and control of cleaning materials and products necessary for the performance of their duties.
Compliance with the hygiene, safety, and sustainability protocols established by the company.
Attending to the basic needs of guests related to the housekeeping service.
Collaboration with reception, maintenance, and the head housekeeper to guarantee correct customer service.
Other tasks inherent to the position.
