Storeroom Manager H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams

At H10 Hotels we need to hire a Storeroom Manager for the H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams hotel in Fuerteventura.

The duties to be performed will be:

• Keep the warehouse space in good hygienic conditions and supervise the cleaning of the space.
• Ensure the warehouse is kept in good condition.
• Supervise the proper operation of the warehouse facilities and notify the person in charge in the event of any issue.
• Receive goods and check that they match the orders placed by the departments.
• Deliver the ordered products to the different departments.
• Store products in the storeroom pending their distribution or use.
• Comply with the rules and controls for receiving goods and their subsequent storage.
• Ensure traceability is maintained for all food products.
• Ability to reproduce a product's history in order to quickly identify the source of any problems that may arise during its production or distribution and prevent them in the future.
• Control the order and location of products, check expiration dates, control stock, etc.
• Determine the needs for goods and materials according to the demands of the different areas of the company.
• Prepare requests for quotes, evaluate and recommend contract awards.
• Control and plan inventory, in coordination with other sections of the establishment.
• Organize, supervise, and carry out the tasks specific to their area.

- Education: Administrative management (vocational training or similar).

- Previous experience in the position is required.

- Must be a resident of Fuerteventura.

En H10 Hotels precisamos incorporar a un/a Encargado de Economato para el hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams, en Fuerteventura.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

• Mantener en buenas condiciones higiénicas el espacio del almacén supervisar la limpieza del espacio.
• Garantizar el buen estado de mantenimiento del almacén
• Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones del almacén y avisar al responsable en caso de incidencia
• Recibir las mercancías y comprobar su correspondencia con los pedidos realizados por los departamentos
• Entregar a los distintos departamentos los productos encargados
• Almacenar los productos en el economato a la espera de su distribución o uso
• Cumplir con las normas y control de recepción de mercancías y su posterior almacenamiento
• Garantizar el mantenimiento de la trazabilidad en todos los productos alimentarios
• Capacidad de reproducir el historial de un producto con el fin de localizar rápidamente el origen de los problemas que puedan surgir durante su elaboración o distribución y evitarlos en el futuro
• Control del orden y de la ubicación de los productos, control de las fechas de caducidad, control del stock, etc.
• Establecer las necesidades de mercancías y material de acuerdo con las demandas de las diferentes áreas de la empresa.
• Elaborar las peticiones de ofertas, evaluación y recomendación de las adjudicaciones.
• Controlar y planificar las existencias, en coordinación con otras secciones del establecimiento.
• Organizar, supervisar y realizar las labores propias de su área.

- Formación: Gestión administrativa (Formación profesional o similar).

- Se requiere experiencia previa en el puesto.
