H10 Hotels is looking to hire a Waiter/Waitress Assistant at H10 White Suites, in Lanzarote

Job duties:

• Set up the breakfast buffet; the service, tables, chairs, sideboards, or any other furniture or items commonly used in lounges, restaurants, cafeterias, or bars.
• Prepare the work area for breakfast / Restaurant service.
• Receive, guide, and accompany hotel guests to their table.
• Have service skills and excellent customer service.
• Table service in the event of a celebration or corporate meal.
• Set up coffee breaks, finger lunches, cocktails, and provide the corresponding services.
• Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in the food and beverage sales service.
• Perform auxiliary tasks.
• Properly maintain their work area and utensils.
• Actively contribute to reducing energy and water consumption; apply effective recycling and material reuse methods, and take appropriate measures to contribute to environmental preservation.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un Ayudante de Camarero/a en H10 White Suites, en Lanzarote

Funciones del puesto de trabajo:

• Preparar el montaje del buffet de desayunos; el servicio, mesas, sillas, aparadores o cualquier otro mobiliario o enseres de uso común en salones, restaurantes, cafeterías o bares.
• Preparar el área de trabajo para el servicio de los desayunos / Restaurante.
• Recibir, guiar y acompañar al cliente del hotel a su mesa.
• Tener dotes de servicio y una gran atención al cliente.
• Servicio en mesa en el caso de haber una celebración o comida de empresa.
• Montar los coffee breaks, finger lunch, cócteles, y realizar los correspondientes servicios.
• Participar con alguna autonomía y responsabilidad en el servicio de venta de alimentos y bebidas.
• Realizar labores auxiliares.
• Conservar adecuadamente su zona y utensilios de trabajo.
• Contribuir activamente a fin de reducir el consumo energético e hídrico; aplicar medios efectivos de reciclaje y reutilización de materiales, y emplear medidas oportunas para contribuir con la preservación del medio ambiente
