Kitchen Assistant at H10 Ocean Dunas

H10 Hotels is looking to hire a person to work as a Kitchen Assistant at the H10 Ocean Dunas hotel in Corralejo, Fuerteventura.

The duties to be carried out will be:

• Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in food preparation under supervision.
• Carrying out the basic preparations, as well as any others related to the culinary preparations entrusted to you.
• Preparing dishes for which you have received appropriate training.
• Carry out service duties in food preparation under the supervision and guidelines issued directly by the same person or by whoever they delegate to.
• Carry out the tasks derived from the profile of the occupation.
• Cleaning and disinfecting vegetables, greens, fruits, and eggs.
• Help with the preparation of poultry, meat, and fish. Shellfish.
• Transporting food from the central kitchen to the buffet station.
• Restocking buffets.
• At the end of service, carry out the corresponding cleaning of the kitchen machinery.
• Preparation for the following day.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar una persona para trabajar como Ayudante de Cocina en el hotel H10 Ocean Dunas, en Corralejo, Fuerteventura.

Las funciones a desarrollar serán:

• Participar con alguna autonomía y responsabilidad en las elaboraciones de cocina bajo supervisión.
• Realizar las preparaciones básicas, así como cualquier otra relacionada con las elaboraciones culinarias que le sean encomendadas.
• Preparar platos para los que haya recibido oportuno adiestramiento.
• Realizar las funciones del servicio en elaboraciones de cocina bajo la supervisión y directrices emanadas directamente del mismo persona en quien éste delegue.
• Realizar las tares derivadas del perfil de la ocupación.
• Limpieza y desinfección de verduras , hortalizas, frutas y huevos.
• Ayudar en la preparación de aves, carne y pescados. Mariscos.
• Transporte de la comida a la choza desde cocina central.
• Reposición de buffets.
• Al final del servicio realizar la limpieza correspondiente de la maquinaria de cocina.
• Preparación día siguiente.
