Sol Tenerife, this hotel is located facing the sea, with incredible sunsets and a climate of eternal Canarian spring, along with its bright rooms and three swimming pools, making it a top choice for the whole family. Located in the tourist center of Playa de Las Américas, very close to Playa de Troya.

Job mission:  You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests in the restaurant assigned to you, collaborating with the Waiters/Waitresses and supervisors assigned to you. 

What will your main functions be?  

1. Carry out, in a qualified, autonomous, and responsible manner, the service and sale of food and beverages. 

2. Prepare work areas for service. 

3. Provide direct customer service for the consumption of drinks or meals. 

4. Prepare simple dishes for consumption. 

5. Transport the tools and supplies needed for service. 

6. Check and inspect merchandise and items used by the section. 

7. Assist in setting up, serving, and clearing buffets. 

8. Perform tasks in front of the customer such as flambéing, cutting, carving, deboning, etc. 

9. Collaborate with the dining room manager in preparing and developing special events. 

10. May coordinate and supervise the duties specific to the activity of your area.  

11. Inform and advise customers about the composition and preparation of the various products available to them. 

12. May handle customer complaints. 

13. Billing and collecting payment from the customer.

• Minimum education: ESO/EGB, specific training in the hospitality field is valued. 

• Experience: 1 to 2 years. 

• Food Handler Certificate. 

• Residence: Province where the vacancy is located 

• Required language: English – Intermediate

 Misión del puesto:  Serás responsable de ofrecer un servicio excepcional a nuestros huéspedes en el restaurante que tengas asignado colaborando con los Camareros/as y responsables que se te asignen. 

¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones?  

1. Ejecutar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable, el servicio y venta de alimentos y bebidas. 

2. Preparar áreas de trabajo para el servicio. 

3. Realizar la atención directa al cliente para el consumo de bebidas o comidas. 

4. Elaborar para el consumo viandas sencillas. 

5. Transportar útiles y enseres necesarios para el servicio. 

6. Controlar y revisar mercancías y objetos de uso de la sección. 

7. Colaborar en el montaje, servicio y desmontaje de bufetes. 

8. Realizar trabajos a la vista del cliente tales como flambear, cortar, trinchar, desespinar, etcétera. 

9. Colaborar con el jefe de comedor en la preparación y desarrollo de acontecimientos especiales. 

10. Podrá coordinar y supervisar los cometidos propios de la actividad de su área.  

11. Informar y aconsejar al cliente sobre la comppsición y confección de los distintos productos a su disposición. 

12. Podrá atender reclamaciones de clientes. 

13. Facturación y cobro al cliente.

• Titulación mínima: ESO/EGB, valorable formación específica en el área de hostelería. 

• Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años. 

• Carnet de Manipulador de Alimentos. 

• Residencia: Provincia donde se genera la vacante 

• Idioma imprescindible: inglés – Medio
