Maintenance Officer at H10 Conquistador

H10 Hotels needs to hire a Maintenance Officer for our H10 Conquistador hotel, in Tenerife.

The main duties of the job will be:

• Carry out the necessary tests to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.
• To care for and carry out maintenance of the facilities and machinery.
• To perform, in a qualified manner and with sufficient knowledge and ability, the specific tasks of maintenance professions or auxiliary roles in the hospitality activity.

• Training, Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Electricity or Industrial Refrigeration.
• Basic professional qualification in the Swimming Pools area.
• Training in Legionella and pool maintenance.

H10 Hotels precisa incorporar a un/a Oficial de Mantenimiento para nuestro hotel H10 Conquistador, en Tenerife.

Las principales funciones del puesto de trabajo serán:

• Llevar a cabo las pruebas necesarias para garantizar el funcionamiento seguro y eficaz de las instalaciones.
• Cuidar y efectuar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones y maquinaria.
• Realizar de manera cualificada y responsable, con conocimientos y capacidad suficiente los trabajos específicos de profesiones de mantenimiento o auxiliares a la actividad de hostelería.

• Formación, Ciclo Formativo Medio o Superior en Electricidad o frío Industrial.
• Cualificación profesional básica en el área de Piscinas.
• Formación en Legionella y mantenimiento de Piscinas.
