Wholesale Specialist (Multi-brand Channel)

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Multibrand channel within the fashion sector.

• Provide solid experience working directly with agents and commercial representatives.

• Demonstrate knowledge of commercial accounting (invoicing, collections, reconciliation, and risk control).

• Possess advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and experience in industry ERPs.

• Maintain a methodical, organized, and proactive profile with the ability to manage high volumes of work during peak campaign periods.

We are looking for a Wholesale Specialist to boost and manage the operational and financial relationship with our commercial network and multibrand customers on a global level.

• Manage, validate, and process orders for the multibrand channel on a global level.

• Proactively coordinate communication, needs, and follow-up with our commercial network of agents.

• Review and ensure the correct application of commercial conditions, rates, credit policies, and margins.

• Perform integral follow-up of invoicing, collection control, and support in customer risk analysis.

• Prepare advanced commercial reports and perform periodic analyses of sales, product turnover, and performance by area.

• Execute and supervise accounting support tasks such as basic reconciliations, credit control, and administrative management of incidents.
