Kitchen Assistant (20 hrs/week) - Getafe

Responsibilities:

- Preparation and assembly of pokes, burritos, and other dishes according to brand standards.

- Customer service at the counter, taking orders and processing payments.

- Ensuring cleanliness and order in the kitchen and work area.

- Food handling in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

- Restocking ingredients and basic inventory control.

- Collaborating in restaurant organization to provide fast, quality service.

Minimum requirements:

- Previous experience as a kitchen assistant, waiter/waitress, or similar (preferred, but not required).

- Proactive, organized attitude with a willingness to learn.

- Commitment to quality and customer service.

- Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment.

- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Intermediate English level is a plus.

We offer:

- Permanent contract.

- 20 hours per week.

- Compensation: Fixed salary + incentives (€8,000 - €9,000 gross / annual)

Responsabilidades:

- Preparación y montaje de pokes, burritos y otros platos según los estándares de la marca.

- Atención al cliente en barra, tomando pedidos y gestionando pagos.

- Garantizar la limpieza y el orden en la cocina y el área de trabajo.

- Manipulación de alimentos cumpliendo con las normativas de seguridad e higiene.

- Reposición de ingredientes y control de inventarios básicos.

- Colaborar en la organización del restaurante para ofrecer un servicio rápido y de calidad.

Requisitos mínimos:

- Experiencia previa como ayudante de cocina, camarero/a o similar (preferible, pero no imprescindible).

- Actitud proactiva, organizada y con ganas de aprender.

- Compromiso con la calidad y el servicio al cliente.

- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y en un entorno dinámico.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, fines de semana y festivos.

- Nivel intermedio de inglés valorable.

Se ofrece:

- Contrato indefinido.

- Jornada de 20 horas semanales.

- Remuneración: Salario fijo + incentivos (8.000 - 9.000 € brutos / anuales)
