The role

At Healthy Poke, the leading healthy fast-food chain, we are looking for a committed Second Person in Charge with organizational and leadership skills. If you are passionate about healthy food, have experience coordinating teams, and enjoy providing excellent service, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Support the Person in Charge in supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the store.

Replace the Person in Charge in their absence, ensuring the proper functioning of the establishment.

Collaborate in managing and motivating the kitchen and bar team, fostering a positive and productive environment.

Oversee compliance with the brand's quality, hygiene, and service standards.

Support inventory control, supplier orders, and waste management.

Help organize staff shifts and schedules.

Resolve customer issues and communicate basic reports to headquarters.

Ensure proper preparation and presentation of products (pokes, burritos, etc.), providing a fast, healthy, and high-quality experience.
