Second Person in Charge (30h/week) - Barcelona

Responsibilities:

Support the Person in Charge in supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the store.

Replace the Person in Charge in their absence, ensuring the proper functioning of the establishment.

Collaborate in managing and motivating the kitchen and bar team, fostering a positive and productive environment.

Oversee compliance with the brand's quality, hygiene, and service standards.

Support inventory control, supplier orders, and waste management.

Help organize staff shifts and schedules.

Resolve customer issues and communicate basic reports to headquarters.

Ensure proper preparation and presentation of products (pokes, burritos, etc.), providing a fast, healthy, and high-quality experience.

Minimum requirements:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in fast food or healthy dining, and in team management.

Leadership and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene regulations.

Customer orientation, proactivity, and organizational skills.

Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends.

We offer:

- Permanent contract.

- Fixed salary + incentives (€18,000 - €20,000 gross per year)

- 30-hour workweek, with the possibility of additional hours.

Responsabilidades:

Apoyar al Encargado/a en la supervisión y coordinación de las operaciones diarias del local.

Sustituir al Encargado/a en su ausencia, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento del establecimiento.

Colaborar en la gestión y motivación del equipo de cocina y barra, fomentando un ambiente positivo y productivo.

Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, higiene y servicio de la marca.

Apoyar en el control de inventarios, pedidos a proveedores y control de mermas.

Ayudar en la organización de turnos y horarios del personal.

Resolver incidencias con clientes y comunicar reportes básicos a la central.

Velar por la correcta preparación y presentación de los productos (pokes, burritos, etc.), ofreciendo una experiencia rápida, saludable y de calidad.

Requisitos mínimos:

- Experiencia previa en hostelería, preferiblemente en comida rápida o alimentación saludable, y en gestión de equipos.

Capacidad de liderazgo y toma de decisiones.

Conocimientos de seguridad alimentaria y normativa higiénico-sanitaria.

Orientación al cliente, proactividad y habilidades de organización.

Flexibilidad horaria y disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana.

Se ofrece:

- Contrato indefinido.

- Salario fijo + incentivos (18.000 - 20.000 € brutos / anuales)

EUR 18,000–20,000 per year

- Jornada de 30 horas semanales, con posibilidad de realizar horas complementarias.
