What you'll get

Permanent contract.

35 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours.

Fixed salary + variable (€23,000 - €24,000 per year).

The role

At Healthy Poke, the leading healthy fast-food chain, we are looking for a committed Second Manager with organizational and leadership skills. If you are passionate about healthy eating, have experience coordinating teams, and enjoy providing excellent service, this is your opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Support the Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant.

Replace the Manager in their absence, ensuring the proper functioning of the establishment.

Collaborate in managing and motivating the kitchen and counter team, fostering a positive and productive environment.

Oversee compliance with the brand's quality, hygiene, and service standards.

Support inventory control, supplier orders, and waste management.

Help organize shifts and schedules for the staff.

Resolve customer issues and communicate basic reports to headquarters.

Ensure the proper preparation and presentation of products (pokes, burritos, etc.), offering a fast, healthy, and high-quality experience.
