As a Kitchen Assistant, your mission will be to support the kitchen team, following the chef's instructions and preparing food according to HIPOTELS standards.
What you'll do
- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
- Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in the food and beverage service
- Perform correct and professional service at all times
- Participate with some autonomy and responsibility in food preparation under supervision
- Clean utensils and store them in their designated places
- Perform basic preparations (cleaning, peeling, cutting, weighing food), as well as any other tasks related to culinary preparations that are assigned to you
- Collaborate in the setup and breakdown of the buffet
- Place products in the corresponding storage areas
- Collaborate with the cook in the preparation of meals for the Hotel staff
- Prepare dishes for which you have received appropriate training
- Keep the buffet area clean and organized
