- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position 

-Training related to the position (Vocational Training in tourist accommodation, Vocational Training in Catering) as well as knowledge related to the position (cocktail preparation, gastronomy, enology, Steps of service)

As Bar Manager, your mission will be to Lead and manage the bar/dining service team, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that established objectives are met.

What will be your functions and responsibilities?

• Related to team management: 

- Intervene in the selection processes for new hires, conducting the 

relevant interviews

- Carry out the onboarding of new hires

- Provide training to new hires in their department

- Discover talented workers and analyze the training needs of their team

- Manage vacation requests from their team members

- Adjust staffing levels during low occupancy periods

- Organize, direct, and coordinate the work of the personnel under their charge

- Motivate and involve members of their team and resolve any problems that may arise between them

• Related to department management:

- Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace

- Provide correct and professional service at all times

- Distribute and supervise the work of their team members

- Organize the team's work shifts and enter variables into the corresponding programs

- Ensure proper compliance with standards

- Ensure that their team employees wear the correct uniform and maintain exemplary behavior

- Attend annual meetings with corporate to stay informed of news and contribute ideas and proposals

- Meet the objectives established by Management

- Attend meetings with their team, Management, and other departments

- Correctly transmit necessary information to other departments, following the procedures established by the company for this purpose.

- Keep the Hotel Management informed and collaborate with them in the management of the establishment

- Support the team with their duties during peak workloads

- Attend to possible customer requests and incidents

- Control special customer requests

- Incentivize Upselling sales

- Control breakage of tableware and plan tableware purchases according to need

- Perform stock inventory and send the report to Operations

- Manage cost control

- Place orders with the storeroom
