As a Receptionist, your mission will be to manage the check-in and check-out of guests, as well as to provide them with the necessary attention and information.

• Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the workplace
• Perform correct and professional service at all times
• Perform all tasks assigned in the Check list in a qualified and autonomous manner, with initiative and responsibility regarding the reception and farewell of guests and all related tasks
• Execute customer service duties at the reception
• Receive, process, and direct customer complaints to the corresponding services
• Handle telephone calls
• Correctly transmit necessary information to other departments and to your direct supervisor
