As Assistant Bar/Restaurant Manager, you will assist in the management of the bar/dining room, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and that the team functions correctly.

What will be your functions and responsibilities?

Related to team management:

• Collaborate with the department head with the following functions:

o Perform the onboarding of new hires

o Provide training to new hires in their department

o Discover talented workers and analyze the training needs of their team

o Organize, direct, and coordinate the work of the staff under their charge

o Motivate and involve team members and resolve any problems that may arise between them

Related to department management:

o Strictly comply with safety, hygiene, and health regulations in the 

workplace

o Provide correct and professional service at all times

o Collaborate with the department manager with the following functions:

o Distribute and supervise the work of team members

o Organize the team's work shifts and enter variables into the 

corresponding programs

o Ensure proper compliance with standards

o Ensure that their team employees wear the correct uniform and 

exhibit exemplary behavior

o Meet the objectives established by Management

o Attend meetings with their team, Management, and other departments

o Correctly transmit necessary information to other departments, 

following the procedures established by the company for this purpose.

o Keep Hotel Management informed and collaborate with them in the management 

of the establishment

o Support the team with their functions during peak workloads

o Attend to possible customer requests and incidents

o Incentivize Upselling sales

o Control special customer requests

o Place orders with the storeroom
