We are looking for students or recent graduates interested in joining a paid internship in the area of Space Capacity Support within Customer Operations, where they will gain direct experience in satellite communications, radio frequency, and operational monitoring.
This internship offers direct exposure to the operational environment of a satellite operator and a comprehensive view of space capacity management processes, ideal for those looking to start their career in the satellite telecommunications sector.
What you'll do
The successful candidate will join the team responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the space capacity assigned to customers, collaborating on activities related to technical monitoring, incident resolution, and coordination with other areas of the company.
Key learning areas include:
- Application of knowledge in radio frequency and satellite communications for basic analysis of operational situations.
- Participation in payload monitoring and service-related parameters.
- Support in customer incident handling and follow-up.
- Collaboration on technical support tasks, data collection, and preparation of relevant information for other teams.
- Interaction with various internal departments to facilitate capacity management and ensure proper service continuity.
- Contribution to the development of operational documentation and procedure updates.
How you'll work
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel to the Arganda Satellite Control Center.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
